Bookings

For all bookings and enquiries please telephone 01932 355519 or email enquiries@nataliemariebeautyclinic.co.uk. You can also use our online booking system by taping the Book Now button.

All services must be scheduled, and we politely request that the appointments times are strictly met. Failure to arrive to your appointment on time will have an impact on your overall allocated treatment time and could result in your treatment being cancelled.

For all treatments we require a booking fee of 50% of your treatment cost. If this is not paid within 48hrs your booking will automatically be cancelled.

Please note that some treatments require a patch test at least 24 hours prior to treatment.

All courses must be paid for on commencement.

The Management are unable to accept responsibility for personal items left or lost on the Clinic premises.

Clients are politely requested to switch mobile phones on silent or off during their visit.

Cancellation Policy

Refunds

Please note that we do not offer refunds on any treatment course or product purchases. However, if you change your mind about your purchase within 14 days, we are happy to exchange it for another treatment or product or offer you a credit note. This policy does not apply to treatments, courses or products which have been used, commenced, or opened.

No refunds available for late arrivals which need to be cancelled due to time constraint.
